I’ve been training and obsessing over health and fitness for 20+ years now (which makes me feel old just saying that!).Like a lot of people, I started for totally superficial reasons — I just wanted to look good and be attractive to the opposite sex. What began as a confidence boost quickly turned into a full-blown passion. I’ve gone all-in, tried every diet, every training method, every fad imaginable.Most of them worked… to some extent.
But none of them were sustainable once real life kicked in.Now I’m a father of two, with a demanding career, and living a schedule that doesn’t leave room for extremes. That changed everything. My priorities shifted — from trying to look “jacked” to focusing on health, energy, and longevity.
